FP&A Model Builder
Accounting & Finance · Full-time
Paris
Founded in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally, passing $100M in ARR in 2026 and doubling revenue for the second year in a row. Industry leaders like Unilever, Uber, Anthropic, Snowflake, and Siemens use Pigment every day to make better-informed decisions and navigate any scenario with confidence.
In October 2026, we raised a $250M Series E at a $2.3B valuation, bringing our total funding to $650M+. Today we’re a growing team of 700+ across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco, and Austin, and we’ve been named a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software two years running.
At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo - all while working as one team. If you’re driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for a Finance Model Builder to join our FP&A team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or finance systems who wants to build a career at the intersection of finance and technology.
You will design, build and run the Finance applications on Pigment, our own EPM platform, supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics. Your work will focus on FP&A use cases (budgeting, rolling forecast, workforce planning, reporting) as well as other Finance teams such as Accounting, FinOps or Procurement.
This is a builder role, not a business-facing analyst role. You will spend your time on modeling, tooling and system design, turning Finance needs into robust, scalable models. You will work closely with FP&A Leads and manager, who own the business conversation, and with a senior Finance/Pigment architect, who will help you grow in your craft.
We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset who enjoys building, testing and iterating, and who wants to become a future expert and leader in modelling Pigment.
What you'll do:
Build, configure and maintain Finance applications in Pigment, from budgeting and rolling forecast to workforce planning and reporting dashboards, across FP&A, Accounting, FinOps and Procurement.
Translate Finance requirements into scalable, well-structured model designs.
Partner with FP&A analysts and leads, as well as People, Sales and Operations, so that applications reflect business needs.
Support end-users through training, documentation and troubleshooting.
Continuously improve processes to increase automation, efficiency and data quality.
Stay up to date with new Pigment features and modeling best practices, and help the team get the most out of the platform.
Who you are:
- You have 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Finance or finance systems (EPM, ERP, BI), ideally with an FP&A background.
You have a degree in Finance, Business or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
You are interested in FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting) and enjoy systems, tooling and modeling.
You think in a structured, analytical way and enjoy solving problems.
You are comfortable with financial systems. Experience with EPM, BI or ERP tools is a plus.
You are curious, open to feedback and motivated to grow.
You can work independently and manage your priorities.
Why join us:
Work on a best-in-class EPM platform. You will be part of the team that uses it every day, as both a user and an expert of the product.
Build a rare and valued skill set. Deep expertise in modeling and Finance systems is in high demand.
Grow in many directions. This role opens doors to many other functions at Pigment.
Join a fast-growing company. Careers evolve quickly and internal mobility is real.
