Mission 💪

Our mission is to ensure that no one in the world has to suffer from a treatable skin disease because of an access issue ever again.

About Honeydew 👋

Honeydew is building a platform for hundreds of millions of people globally to access expertise and science-backed skin treatments, from prescription to retail.

Our tech-forward dermatology experience helps people with chronic skin conditions access licensed specialists, FDA-approved treatment, and ongoing support in record time (24 hours vs an industry average of 6 months).

Honeydew is the future of skin health — digitally native, scientifically rooted, integrated end-to-end (evaluation + treatments + lab tests), and powered by AI.

Opportunity 📈

At Honeydew, we're redefining how Americans access dermatology care — tackling huge barriers in access and cost with a model that makes getting evidence-backed treatment easy, affordable, and genuinely effective. The market is enormous, and we’ve only just begun to scratch the surface.

About the Role

We're looking for an early-career Recruiter to join our People team on a three month contract to start. In this role, you'll own high-volume recruiting for multiple positions, building efficient processes and strong hiring manager partnerships along the way. You'll become an expert in the roles you recruit for, developing deep knowledge that helps you identify great candidates and continuously improve the hiring experience.

This role will report to the Head of People, based out of NYC.

Applicants across the US will be considered, with a priority to East Coast and NYC-based candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers through structured intake meetings to understand role requirements and team needs

  • Coordinate and run calibration sessions to ensure consistent candidate evaluation across interviewers

  • Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby from application through offer acceptance

  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization

  • Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers, using data and insights from previous searches to guide decision-making and improve outcomes

You’ll Thrive Here If…

  • You love rolling up your sleeves and building from the ground up

  • You love talking to people and being curious about their journey

  • You care about finding the right match and best outcome

  • You are empathetic, driven, and operate with high integrity

  • You care about building and providing a great candidate experience

  • You believe healthcare should be accessible to everyone, not just the privileged few

  • You find joy in doing work that matters

What We’re Looking For...

The Non-Negotiables:

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in volume recruiting environments

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions at once and experience filling the same role repeatedly

  • Experience using Ashby or similar ATS platforms to manage recruiting workflows efficiently

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading or assisting in intake meetings and calibration sessions

  • Process-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying ways to streamline recruiting operations

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with sourcing strategies and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing platforms

  • Experience working at a telehealth or similar company

  • Experience in a high-growth environment

What You Get

  • This is a 1099 position with an hourly rate of $35-$40, depending on qualifications and location

  • Full remote flexibility (hybrid, if located in/near NYC)

  • Direct impact you can measure
