About Estuary: Right-time data platform unifying CDC, batch, and streaming; early into the AI agent stack. The Role: Senior contract writer to create deep technical content that engineers respect. Work with VP Marketing and SEO/growth to produce technical blog content on data pipelines, streaming architecture, and data infra for agentic/operational AI. Not a generalist role—requires grasping technical concepts quickly and shipping on agreed dates. What You'll Do: - Rewrite/produce technical blog posts (1,500–3,000 words). - Build hands-on tutorials with working code and reproducible setups. - Produce evaluation guides and architectural comparisons. - Provide editorial polish; align with SEO/pillar strategy. What You Bring: portfolio of published technical writing; ability to learn systems quickly and explain clearly; comfort writing about infrastructure and AI; strong writing/editing; bias to ship; self-directed/reliable; editorial judgment. Bonus: data engineering/DevRel background; data infra/dev tools experience; OSS contributions; conference/community track record; content that ranks for competitive queries; AI tooling for research/drafting. Engagement: contract, project-based, per-deliverable rates, fully remote (US or US-time-zone friendly), immediate start. How to apply: send a short note, rate expectations, and 2–3 samples.
