Overview
We’re excited to be looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Paid Social Associate to help us grow and evolve our paid social program across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
You’ll connect brand storytelling with performance, using data to shape media and creative decisions that make an impact. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you’ll join a collaborative team and work closely with partners across Creative, Influencer, Site, and Analytics.
What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day paid social strategy, planning, and execution across the full funnel
Track performance across CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPA, and CVR and turn results into actionable recommendations
Bring a thoughtful testing roadmap to life across creative, audiences, bidding, and incrementality
Help shape creative strategy by briefing partners, reviewing assets, and sharing performance-driven feedback
Develop and present weekly performance insights and monthly creative reporting
Partner with Influencer and Site teams to execute paid influencer and site-linking strategies
Manage campaign builds and budget pacing across highly visible growth initiatives
Collaborate with channel, platform, and vendor partners to align strategy and uncover new opportunities
We’re Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally in DTC or eCommerce
Experience managing and efficiently scaling paid social budgets
Fluency in core growth metrics and a working understanding of MMM, MTA, and incrementality
Strong creative instincts and experience briefing or providing feedback to creative teams
Genuine curiosity about emerging platforms, formats, and trends—and a point of view on what’s worth testing
Proficiency in Google Slides and Sheets or Excel; experience with Omni or similar reporting tools is a plus
The ability to move from insight to action with clarity and speed
A collaborative working style and clear, thoughtful communication
Compensation
Base salary range: $70,000, plus equity,
We take a consistent approach to our salary bands to ensure internal equity, and expect to make offers within this range. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and market data.
